Tensi-Master Tension Indicator
|
CMC® Cleveland-Kidder® Tensi-Master® Tension Indicators
provide transducer excitation and tension readout on web process or wire
machinery. When, combined with Cleveland-Kidder® Tension Transducers (load
cells), they provide an accurate web tension reading, helping to measure,
monitor and control the continuous web process for consistent product quality.
Tensi-Master Tension Indicators are available in an enclosed or open panel
mounting. Both models are of rugged industrial construction. |

GENERAL
DESCRIPTION
TENSI-MASTER
indicator systems by Cleveland-Kidder provide the highest degrees of
application flexibility available to measure tension in continuous web processes. Features include a single printed circuit board design with
easily added option cards. The circuit board may be mounted on a chassis
for installation on a panel, or mounted in a standard TENSI-MASTER
enclosure.
Analog or digital
meters, operator stations and options are selected and installed to
complete the TENSI-MASTER indicator system. Options include AC power
cord, "MS" electrical connector plate, high and low tension
limit detection cards, an isolation amplifier card and Total-Right-Left
tension indication.
TENSI-MASTER
indicators, when combined with modular TENSI-MASTER transducers, or any
other Cleveland-Kidder transducers, provide an accurate reading of web
tension to maintain product quality.
